medium: | for the land consolidation project Weerselo-Dulder herman de vries has erected four small hills about 5 meters high and 18 meters in diameter. Two mark the point where the water enters the municipality of Weerselo and two where the water leaves the municipality. He has them plant all four with hawthorn. In addition to the four hills, the project also provided for the replanting of a small natural shifting sand hill ('Zandkopje') with juniper bushes. In 2012 the land art project was restored. |
