| comment: | text herman de vries: in der zeit, als ich mich noch mit mit philosophie beschäftigte - und oft kopfschmerzen hatte -, wollte ich diese publikation, die ich schon lange vorhatte, a monument of life-art nennen. dann entdeckte ich, dass in einer anderen philosophie nur neue etiketten etwas anders hängen, und verlor damit das interesse an philosophie. dadurch war der titel dieser publikation - inzwischen schon geändert in a manifest of life-art und etwas später a document of life-art überflüssig geworden.
doch, wie ich schon öfter bemerkt habe, gibt der intellekt nicht schnell auf, und so folgten neue titel wie a document without a name und no-name or no name usw. an diesem punkt kannst du verstehen: "where the intellect is at its end, beware of uttering a word". herman de vries, bern 27-10-1977 |
